ABOUT STEVE
Two decades, one recognizable style.
I've been tattooing professionally since 2005. As co-owner of The East Tattooin Orlando's Ivanhoe Village, I've spent 20 years building a body of work — and a studio — that puts the artist first.
My influences run wide: Renaissance Disney and early Pixar sit next to Alphonse Mucha, Audubon, and James Jean, alongside Japanese folk art and traditional tattooing. It's a visual diet that produces work that's hard to pin down but immediately recognizable — clients have started saying a piece "looks like a Steve Roberts."
When I'm not tattooing or running the shop, I'm home with my wife, two kids, two pit mixes, and a horror movie or sitcom playing in the background while I draw.
